I’m Jenn Johnson, Founder of Zen Finance and the Conscious Capital Collective (C3) —a mom of two, a 12-year U.S. Air Force veteran, and a former federal Contracting Officer with more than two decades of experience stewarding billions in taxpayer funds. Throughout my career, I negotiated and awarded major multimillion-dollar contracts for agencies including the Library of Congress, National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and the Defense Logistics Agency, among others.

 

A core part of my work—and my passion—was empowering small businesses. I guided entrepreneurs through the dense bureaucracy of the federal government, helping them access grants, small-business set-asides, and competitive contract opportunities while navigating the policy, legalese, and rigorous compliance requirements of federal contracting.

 

In late 2024, I followed a divine nudge that led me to Costa Rica, where I now fully step into my true calling. I left behind the hierarchical systems of my former professional life to focus on cultivating grassroots, community-based, and collective resource-driven models that honor cooperation & collaboration over competition.

 

From this renewed foundation, I now pour my expertise and spirit into Zen Finance and C3—initiatives that merge financial literacy with mindfulness, sustainability, and soul-centered prosperity. My mission is to help others cultivate wealth not just in material form, but as a living expression of harmony, purpose, and the collective awakening of humanity.
