I’m Jenn Johnson, Founder of the Conscious Capital Collective (C3) — a community-centered ecosystem that uplifts and connects entrepreneurs, creatives, and visionaries across Costa Rica, intentionally bridging expat and local communities to foster collaboration, opportunity, and shared prosperity.
During my tenure as a federal Contracting Officer, I stewarded multimillion-dollar contracts and supported small businesses in navigating complex systems, securing grants, and accessing critical opportunities. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how capital, structure, and access can transform lives, businesses, and communities.
Since relocating to Costa Rica in April 2025, I have focused on building intentional platforms that strengthen community and expand economic opportunity. Through C3, I host Visionary Gatherings that bring together entrepreneurs, creatives, and investors in collaborative spaces centered on connection, visibility, and collective prosperity. These gatherings have taken place in both the Caribbean and the Central Valley, helping to build meaningful bridges between communities across the country. To date, C3 has directed $2,390 in direct cash prizes into visionary entrepreneurs — a reflection of my commitment to creating tangible impact and supporting growth within the ecosystem.
As this work continues to evolve, my focus is expanding into Conscious Tech Immersions (CTIs) — transformative experiences designed to help entrepreneurs and visionaries understand, integrate, and leverage technology in ways that are aligned, sustainable, and future-ready. While C3 began as a Costa Rica–based community initiative, CTIs are designed to extend the ecosystem globally, bringing together participants both in-person and virtually to explore how conscious leadership, innovation, and technology can shape the future of business and society.
Today, I pour my expertise, vision, and heart into creating platforms where community, capital, and conscious technology intersect — building spaces where people don’t just succeed individually, but rise together.
